This is one of my favourite images, and I’m not sure why. Taken with the Minolta X300 that used to be my Pop’s.

    Mysterious, making the major part of the image the space between the object, the fade between darkness and light, the choice of a few branches – rather than a flower, the muted palette, the choice of your dad’s old camera all these might answer your question of why you like it that much.

    That’s why I rate it anyway.

      Thanks 🙂 It was actually my grandfathers, he passed away a few years ago. I think you’re right, that might be why I like it so much 🙂

    I LOVE this. It’s like it’s floating to the bottom of a river, which has a pretty serene feeling to it.
